Yellow Peugeot 107

Residents report that this Peugeot is often left in this position across the corner of the junction between Roedale Road and Hollingdean Terrace.
It is not a resident vehicle and is suspected to belong to a student living in the car-free development further towards Lewes Road. At the time of reporting, it had not moved in several weeks.
Parking in this manner blocks pedestrians from crossing at the junction, forcing them out into the road to pass around the parked vehicle.
This also blocks visibility for motorists attempting to drive through the junction, regularly contributing to near-misses with other motorists and pedestrians.
Parking in this manner is extremely dangerous and against the law, but does not appear to be being enforced.
