This vehicle is reported to frequently arrive for weekend-or-longer visits to somebody inside one of the permit zones, being left - unmoved - on the streets of Hollingdean during their visit.
The driver and passengers of EA63 UVM are not visiting Hollingdean residents, but are simply using the area for 'free' parking.
The use of Hollingdean for 'free' parking by non-residents in this fashion puts additional (and unnecessary) pressure on the local residents, who struggle to park their own vehicles as a result.
