Black Volkswagen Touran

Well-recognised and often commented about by local residents.
It is understood that GU59 HHB does not belong to a local resident, but is attached to one of the local takeaways in the Dip.
It can often be found in an evening parked across the wide expanse of pavement on Hollingbury Place, often blocking access or causing a hazard.
Some residents also report aggressive behaviour from the driver towards pedestrians when attempting to drive across the pedestrianised area of pavement.
Further reports suggest that this vehicle is occasionally left parked elsewhere in Hollingdean, and left unmoved for long periods of time.
