Hollingdean Parking

Blue Hyundai i10

  • Residents of Upper Hollingdean Road report that this Hyundai has been using their street for 'free' parking for the past several years - since the resident permit from zone R (still displayed in the car windscreen) expired.

  • The car moves very rarely, but when it does, residents have noted that the driver walks away towards Ditchiling Road. They are not a local resident; they do not live in Hollingdean.

  • Non-residents using Hollingdean for 'free' parking in this fashion leads to significant issues for local residents, who are left unable to park near to their own homes, dealing with the increased pollution and noise that the additional traffic using the area causes, and facing vehicles that do not move from one month to the next.
