Residents report that this vehicle is consistently parked in Hollingdean despite neither of the registered drivers living in the area.
Every weekend, the driver and vehicle arrive late on a Sunday morning (residents report between 2 am and 4 am).
The driver then tends to sit for some time with the engine running (disturbing nearby residents) before being picked up and driven away in another vehicle.
The vehicle subsequently sits for several days; often a week, although some reports suggest it has been known to be left unmoved for several weeks at a time on some occasions.
This is one of several taxis that use Hollingdean similarly, by non-resident drivers.
