Silver Chevrolet Matiz

Another non-resident vehicle recognised for regularly using Hollingdean for free parking.
It is believed that the owner lives very nearby at the top of Preston Drove (in Fiveways, in the adjoining CPZ). Residents have frequently spotted this car parked at the top of Preston Drove outside of the controlled hours there.
The owner therefore stores their car in Hollingdean, as close as they are able to achieve to Fiveways, whilst walking back and forth.
This Matiz regularly does not move for several weeks at a time.
This adds more pressure to the already very-congested corner of Hollingdean up against Fiveways whilst the owner should be using suitable permits for the area they either live or are visiting.
