White Mini One

Residents report that this Mini may have been abandoned. Although it used to move back and forth fairly regularly, at the time of the survey it had not moved in the proceeding several months.
PL07 NCY displays a resident permit from Zone J, which expired in July 2021. It is understood that the vehicle has been parked on Hollingbury Crescent, unmoved, ever since.
It is fair to assume that the owner has chosen to store their Mini here in Hollingdean (taking away what little parking is available for local residents), rather than renew their permit for their own address.
At the time of the survey, the insurance, tax, and MOT had all expired for this Mini. The council had suggested that it would be removed as abandoned shortly.
