Blue Ford Fiesta

This blue Ford Fiesta has been reported frequently. It is a displaced non-resident vehicle displaying an expired resident permit from the adjoining Zone J in the windscreen.
Residents report that this vehicle appears to be being stored in Hollingdean long-term since the permit expired.
It very rarely moves from one week to the next, whilst the owner appears to prefer to park their car for 'free' as close as they are able to Fiveways (and their own residence): in the very congested corner of Hollingbury Crescent, Stanmer Park Road, or Adams Close.
Hundreds of Brighton residents use Hollingdean in this fashion (for 'free' parking) rather than obtaining and maintaining a permit for the area in which they live.
