Grey Mercedes C Class

This Mercedes belongs to the same owner as the Silver Ford Transit EX10 VRU, which is notorious for dangerous and aggressive driving and parking.
The owner lives around the corner on Hollingbury Park Avenue, in Zone F, but prefers to keep their vehicles in Hollingdean 'for free' rather than obtaining a permit for either of them.
This use of our streets by non-residents in this way (which is done by hundreds of other non-residents too) adds to the already very congested corner of Hollingdean against Fiveways.
In this particular instance, residents report that the driver is also known to position and reposition their vehicles deliberately to 'block' other drivers from parking nearby when taking one or the other vehicle away for the day. They then shift it back on their return so that they can keep both vehicles together on the streets of Hollingdean, where they do not live.
