Blue Ford Focus

• PJ58 OEY displays an expired resident permit from Zone F (Fiveways).

• Residents have repeatedly reported this Ford for parking in the manner as shown in the photographs - completely out into the junction between Stanmer Villas and Stanmer Park Road, with over half the vehicle overlapping the junction.

• It is understood that the owner of this vehicle opted not to renew their permit and instead parks for 'free' as close as they are able to Hollingbury Park Avenue and Ditchling Road, walking back each evening via Hollingbury Rise West.

• This vehicle is known to park in this fashion extremely often - whenever a more suitable space, closer to their home, is not available.

• This use of Hollingdean by non-residents already causes significant congestion and issues for local residents, nevermind the illegal and dangerous manner in which this, and many other, non-resident vehicles chose to use our streets.
