YX07 OBM is not understood to belong to a local resident but parks around Hollingdean frequently, particularly during weekends/
Residents describe this vehicle as 'notorious' for parking on pavements rather than finding an available space further into Hollingdean.
This Ford has been photographed by our residents on many different occasions parked entirely on the pavement at the junction between Stanmer Park Road and Hollingbury Crescent, invariably fully blocking the pedestrian crossing.
It is then left in this position for the entire weekend.
This is a classic case of displaced parking and highlights the issues that occur due to non-residents attempting to use Hollingdean for free parking.
