Blue Volkswagen Transporter

Residents report that this vehicle often appears as though abandoned, unmoved for several weeks at a time.
The owner has been seen arriving at the vehicle by bike (from elsewhere in the city).
On the occasions that it is moved, it subsequently reappears days later and then does not move again for a further several weeks.
The owner is not a local resident, is not a visitor, and appears to simply be using Hollingdean as an area to store their vehicle.
Several residents have commented that this vehicle appears to be related to GY02 KYW, another Volkswagen camper van, owned by a non-resident and stored in Hollingdean.
