• It is understood that the owner of this Yaris works or lives at The Pub at Fiveways, which is situated within Residents Permit Zone F, but has two parking spaces for staff, commonly left empty.

• Residents report that this Yaris is kept permanently in Hollingdean and very rarely is seen parked in the pub's staff parking when parking conditions are particularly congested.

• This use of Hollingdean by non-residents (and particularly those based in the adjoining Fiveways permit zones) is significant, putting massive stress on the very corner of Hollingdean where it meets with Hollingbury Road.

• In this area of Hollingdean (encompassing Hollingbury Crescent, Adams Close, and the bottom end of Stanmer Park Road), it is not uncommon to find that there are many times more non-resident vehicles like this one than there are belonging to residents.

• This additional pressure on such a concentrated area leads to significant traffic, noise, and pollution whilst simultaneously removing what little parking for residents themselves.

• There is no reason the owner of this vehicle could not either park their vehicle in the pub car park or otherwise obtain a permit for the zone in which they live and work.
