• Residents describe this vehicle as 'notorious' for parking on pavements and across driveways rather than finding an available space further into Hollingdean.

• The driver is known for being extremely argumentative when asked to move their car off resident driveways and pavements.

• The vehicle is always left as close to Fiveways as the owner is able to achieve, invariably entirely on the pavement at the junction with Stanmer Park Road, often fully blocking pedestrian crossing; as photographed on several occasions.

• During the snowstorms of December 2022, this vehicle was left across a resident's driveway. This blocked blocking the resident's own vehicle and delayed them from attending to an emergency.

• When the driver was tracked down and asked to unblock the driveway, they were described as behaving very aggressively.

• This was not the first time that this vehicle had parked (and subsequently been moved on from) blocking this particular driveway.
