• FN53 OPM is well-recognised by Hollingdean residents as being another car, belonging to a resident of the adjoining resident parking Zone G.

• The car moves relatively regularly but is frequently left in particularly awkward positions. Two separate residents describe multiple instances where they have found this Toyota parked quite literally, touching the bumper of other cars.

• Because the owner lives on Hollingbury Road, they try to park their vehicle as close as possible whilst remaining in the 'free' area. This is always in the already-very-congested corner at the top of Hollingbury Crescent, often left partially onto the double-yellow lines at the junction, blocking visibility for drivers and pedestrians alike. As many other Hollingbury Road residents also do.

• There are dozens of vehicles kept in Hollingdean, which belong to residents of Zone G in particular. All of them want to park as close to their homes as they can, without paying for a permit for their own street. This puts tremendous pressure on this corner of Hollingdean, along with all the associated traffic, noise, and pollution such an additional weight of traffic brings.
