  • As has been reported elsewhere, there are a number of vehicles using Hollingdean in this way owned by local estate agents. It is believed that this vehicle also belongs to an estate agent based in one of the Fiveways offices.

  • Using Hollingdean in this manner adds significant additional pressure to an already very congested part of Hollingdean (the Holingbury Crescent, Stanmer Park Road, and Adams Close areas), where residents struggle to find available parking for their own personal vehicles.
