Blue Ford Focus

Reported by local residents several times for frequent poor and dangerous parking.
HW11 GSU is not believed to belong to a resident, but regularly arrives in the evening, and is left parked illegally; often directly over or into junctions (as photographs show), or over double yellows and access points.
This causes a dangerous hazard for other road users who are unable to see clearly through junctions, and pedestrians who often cannot cross the road due to the vehicle's location.
This is particularly problematic as this Ford often parks this way overnight when visibility is at its worst.
