This Toyota is yet another non-resident vehicle recognised for regularly using Hollingdean for free parking.
It is believed that the owner lives very nearby but uses Hollingdean as a place to store their vehicle rather than obtaining a resident permit.
GU09 HBA often does not move for several weeks at a time, and has been sighted as parking particularly awkwardly when the driver has been unable to find a suitable space near enough to Fiveways.
Non-residents using Hollingdean to store their cars in this way adds more pressure to the already very-congested corner of Hollingdean up against Fiveways whilst the owner should be using suitable permits for the area they either live or are visiting.
