Grey Citroen C3

GV73 WBP began using Hollingdean as part of their daily commute for 'free' parking in January 2024 and has arrived religiously every weekday morning since, leaving again mid-evening. The driver is known to continue their commute on foot into Fiveways.
This grey Citroen has replaced GY68 EHU (a similar model, in blue). It is the same driver, using Hollingdean in the same way for 'free' parking, and with all the same associated antisocial and aggressive driving we saw from him in his previous car.
This (miss)use of Hollingdean for parking adds even more pressure to what is already a very congested corner of Hollingdean: in the Westernmost corner against Fiveways.
This Citroen displays a valid permit for Zone N, suggesting that the driver is a Central Hove resident. Evidently, they would rather drive and use the 'free' parking in Hollingdean than use the public transport service.
