Beige Skoda Fabia

Residents report that LT07 HVO is often found parked over the pavement at the top of Stanmer Street.
This type oaf parking fully blocks pedestrian access down the street (as there is no pavement on the opposite side).
As it is a narrow, single-lane street, this also causes a pinch-point which makes it extremely difficult for vehicles to pass without mounting the opposite verge.
Comments in the survey suggest that this car may be related to LN12 PBZ, which also uses this stretch of street to park.
