Residents report that GY08 SZZ is another non-resident vehicle, using Hollingdean for free parking and vehicle storage.
This Clio appears to be permanently stored here, parking as close as they are able to achieve to Fiveways, and not moving for several days or weeks at a time.
Residents report that it is also regularly seen parked on the driveway of a house on Stanford Avenue (Zone J), suggesting that the owner uses Hollingdean to store their vehicle when their driveway is not otherwise in use.
This appears to be one of hundreds of vehicles that residents have identified as using Hollingdean in this fashion, using the 'free' parking here rather than a permit for their vehicle for the area that they live in or are visiting.
This puts additional (and unnecessary) pressure on the residents of Hollingdean, who struggle to park their own vehicles as a result.
