White Mercedes Sprinter

This camper van is known to belong to a resident at the top of Preston Drove - in the adjoining controlled residents' parking zone in Fiveways. This van is frequently spotted this van parked at the owner's address outside of the controlled hours there.
This is one of several vehicles which belong to residents on this same stretch of road which are all parked and stored in Hollingdean, rather than the owners obtaining their own permit, to store their vehicle in their own area.
When parking control is in effect at this vehicle owner's residence, they instead use Hollingdean to store their van, parking it as close as they are able to Fiveways, and removing what little parking is available for local residences here.
This adds more congestion to an already highly congested corner of Hollingdean
As has been discussed before, it is important to note that vehicles of this size do still fall within the council's size limits, meaning there is no excuse for the owner not to obtain a permit for their - large - vehicle outside of their own apparent selfishness.
