  • Believed to belong to a member of staff working from a local pub within Zone J.

  • Arrives in Hollingdean early in the morning several days a week, and does not move again until late into the night, blocking what little available parking might otherwise be available for local residents.

  • Reported as driving erratically, often seen cutting across oncoming traffic to force themselves into an open space.
