Silver Mazda 2

It is understood that the owners of GK55 VEF previously owned FM57 CVX: a yellow Seat Ibiza which the owners had equally opted to park in Hollingdean rather than purchase a residents permit for Zone G (where they live).
The vehicle often does not move at all during weekends or public holidays but leaves very early each weekday morning, returning early afternoon.
As the owners appear to live in Hollingbury Road, they make a point of parking this Mazda (and the previous Seat) as close as possible: most commonly at the top of Hollingbury Crescent or Adams Close, where residents often are unable to park their own vehicles.
Several reports of this vehicle behaving particularly erratically when entering Hollingdean: crawling around corners whilst looking for an available parking space and then cutting across oncoming traffic to claim a space.
