White Peugeot Partner

Residents report that MA64 YEX belongs to a gentleman who lives in Zone G.
This van uses Hollingdean exclusively for storage and parking, whilst the owner keeps a second vehicle in their residential permit zone.
It is parked as close as they are able to their home on Hollingbury Road every evening and does not move at all on most weekends or public holidays.
There are hundreds of vehicles that use Hollingdean as this van does; preferring to use the 'free' parking in Hollingdean rather than purchase a permit for their vehicle, for the area that they live in.
This puts additional (and unnecessary) pressure on the residents of Hollingdean, who struggle to park their own vehicles as a result, and are unable to use the more available parking at this van owner's address (as they do here) due to their permit zone.
